The Best Prayer to Allah is the first and most important prayer in Islam. It is mandatory for every Muslim who has reached puberty and is sane to offer this prayer at least five times a day, but preferably more often. The time for this prayer starts after the sun has risen until sunset, but it's better to offer it from noon until sunset as well.

Allah, the most Merciful and Compassionate, is the creator of all. He is the One who created us and everything around us. He created this world with its different wonders and beauties for His people to enjoy. Allah provides all our needs in this life and the next, without any doubt or need for second-guessing.
