About Namaz in Quran | My Qiblah
About Namaz in Quran, or prayer, is one of the five pillars of Islam. It is obligatory for all Muslims to pray five times a day - at dawn, noon, afternoon, sunset, and nightfall.
The Quran contains many verses that talk about the importance of prayer and its benefits. For example, in Chapter 2, Verse 155, it says: "And remind yourself of the favours of Allah, so that you may be grateful."
In Chapter 4, Verse 103, the Quran says: "And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favour of Allah upon you - when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His grace, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided."
These verses remind us that we should be grateful to Allah for His blessings, and that we should stay united as Muslims.
Namaz is a way for us to connect with Allah and to ask for His guidance. It is a reminder that we are His servants and that we should strive to please Him in all that we do.
